What to Expect

What To Expect

It can be intimidating to visit a new church. What will they be wearing? How do they worship? Will I be welcome? At Tomah Baptist Church, we understand the questions and feelings that surround your first visit to a new place. We make every effort to make you feel welcome and right at home from the moment you first arrive and every time you return.

Tomah Baptist Church is a place where you’ll find:

  • Friendly, caring people
  • Clear answers from God’s Word
  • Great worship through Godly music
  • Quality nursery and children’s programs
  • An exciting youth group

Our message comes simply from the Word of God, as we apply His unchanging truth in verse by verse study of the Bible. Drop in sometime and see!

If you have not been to a church before, or it has been a long time, you may be asking yourself what you will encounter if you decide to join us at one of our services. We’ve designed this page in an attempt to answer some of the more common questions about what you can expect. We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place where you feel welcome and “at home!” Here are a few answers to your questions and what you might expect on your first visit.
