CHILDREN’S CONNECTIONS

The ministry provided for our children is a vital one which focuses on the development of the young person’s faith in Jesus Christ as well as the practical application of that faith at home and in the community. We help to build a foundation of faith for children from birth through sixth grade with our fun and exciting Sunday School classes, and age-appropriate worship service just for them!

With puppets, missionary stories, games, crafts, and teaching God’s Word, we believe your child will enjoy coming each week as they learn more about God and the Bible, make friends, and develop a better understanding of the Christian life.

Core values are built into the very heart of every children’s program: We have placed committed Christians as leaders in each classroom to help fulfill these goals:

  • To be more like Jesus
  • To have knowledge and love of God’s Word
  • To be mission-minded
  • To be child-friendly
  • and to provide relationship building opportunities.

Living a Christ-centered lifestyle with the ability to apply God’s Word is Tomah Baptist’s focus of teaching while providing a safe, secure, challenging and fun environment that is developmentally age appropriate.

We offer several opportunities to minister to you and your children at our Tomah Baptist Church. From Nursery to Sunday School and Children’s Church, and our dynamic mid-week program: Soldiers For Christ, there are so many ways for them to grow in the “nurture and admonition of the Lord.” Please follow the links to the descriptions below to learn more about each of these wonderful services for you and your family to share in the valuable ministry to the future of our families, church and community.
