Spring Evangelistic Meetings - April 17-20, 2016
(Sunday - Wednesday)

Our Speaker — Evangelist Jeremy Coombes

This Spring, we are look forward to have a special Evangelistic meetings at our church with Evangelist Jeremy Coombes and his family. Brother Coombes is the founder of Do the Work Ministries. Do the Work Ministries is a ministry of Evangelist and Mrs. Jeremy Coombes.  Its purpose is to help churches "do the work of an evangelist."

Jeremy and his wife Julie both grew up in a pastor's home.  They are based out of a local church where Jeremy is a deacon and co-teaches a Sunday School class, and when they are not in meetings they are actively involved in their home church. Brother Coombes was born into a pastor's home, and was saved at the age of seven. Shortly after his decision, he surrendered to full time evangelism. He has worked at Bill Rice Ranch for a time, and also graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2003.

After his graduation, Jeremy traveled as a college representative for PCC for a few years, until he entered full time evangelism in 2005. A year after becoming a staff evangelist at Lyford Bible Church, he married his lovely wife Julie Doyel of California. Jeremy and Julie met through their brothers. They wrote and called each other for six months, and then Jeremy went to California to meet her. The rest is history. They were married in August of 2006.

Together, they serve the Lord full time in ministry with their four children Katie Jo, Ethan Wayne, Becky Ann, and Lana Rose. They live year round in a travel trailer.  Jeremy travels everywhere (possible) with his family.  Julie helps in many ways by playing the piano, singing, teaching ladies classes, and conducting children's meetings.  For the most part, Julie's family is located in California where her dad is an evangelist, and one of her sisters is married to a pastor starting a church in Seattle.

You can learn even more about their family and Do the Work Ministries on their site.

You won't want to miss thee meetings Sunday thru Wednesday, April 17-20 at 10:30am and 6pm on Sunday and 6:30pm nightly.
